How to Get a Medical Marijuana Card
1. Find a CTR Doctor
Find and schedule an appointment with a certified to recommend medical marijuana doctor.
2. Complete Your Registration
After your CTR doctor has entered you into the registry, complete the application and pay the $50 fee.
3. Visit OCC Dispensary
Once you have your card, you will be able to visit OCC and work with our staff to help you find the right products.

Do you offer discounts?
- Veterans: We offer a state recognized discount for veteran status of 25%. Eligibility is assigned by your physician*.
- Indigent: We offer a state recognized discount for indigent status of 20%. Eligibility is assigned by your physician*.
- *Veteran or Indigent status must be notated on an active Ohio Medical Marijuana Card.
